Claudia Rojas Gongora is an international business leader and marketing strategist with extensive experience driving market expansion and commercial strategy across Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

As Regional Manager at ALGI Holding in Brazil, she led regional operations, business development, and strategic growth initiatives, scaling operations and building high-performing multicultural teams. Claudia has successfully launched B2B operations in markets including Brazil, Bangladesh, China, Pakistan, and Europe.

She has held leadership roles with Frost & Sullivan, GE Healthcare, and the Solvi Group, bringing expertise in commercial strategy, operational optimization, and client relationship management.

Claudia holds a master’s degree in international business management and a bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from Ashcroft International Business School, Cambridge, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
